DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to team3.us or to services sold or distributed by team3.us or through team3.us in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $1,000 shall be adjudicated in any federal court situated in Fairfax County, Virginia or any state court situated in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
